Protect or recover progress

Add and verify an optional recovery email in slvd Settings. On another device, use that email and the six-digit code to recover your player profile.

Never send us a verification code or password.

Restore SHIFT+

Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in to the Apple or Google store account that made the purchase. SHIFT+ unlocks shift’s Puzzle Packs and Daily Archive.

Report a problem

Email your chosen username, device type, app version and what happened. Include the game and puzzle date if relevant. Avoid sending payment details or sign-in codes.

Your data, your choice

Read the platform-specific privacy policy or request deletion of your shared slvd account and game data.
