Delete your slvd account
You can permanently delete your shared slvd account and its associated game data in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

In the app: open slvd → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. This deletes the shared account across SHIFT, BRACKET, Tally and exact. The action cannot be undone.
Without the app: you can send a deletion request to Rovira Labs without reinstalling slvd. Include your username and recovery email, if you added one. Never send verification codes or passwords.

1. Delete your account in the app
- Open slvd.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
This permanently deletes your shared slvd account and associated data across its games. It cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access slvd, email support@roviralabs.com with the subject “slvd Account Deletion Request”. Include your slvd username and the recovery email address, if you added one, so we can identify your account. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
We may need to confirm that you control the account before deleting it. Do not send verification codes, passwords or payment card details.
3. Data deleted
Deletion removes your active authentication account, optional recovery email, username, player ID, attempts, scores, leaderboard entries, notification-device registration, trophies and badges, league memberships and owned leagues, Puzzle Vault and Daily Archive progress, word suggestions, and other active slvd database records linked to your player ID across all games. Player-linked history for replaced Vault puzzles is also deleted. Deleting through the app clears local game data and pending submissions on the device used for deletion.
4. Data that may be retained
Deletion may not immediately remove information from encrypted provider backups, security logs, push-provider logs or restricted operational emails generated before deletion. Records may remain where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling or legal obligations. Protected network identifiers and best-path delivery records used for fair-play monitoring are normally deleted after 30 days; attempts elevated for manual integrity review are normally retained for up to 90 days.
Apple and Google control their store purchase history and records. Deleting slvd does not delete your Apple or Google account, alter store purchase records, or automatically request a purchase refund. Images or posts shared outside slvd remain under the control of the services and people you shared them with.
